Terms of Service

Starion AI provides AI chatbot, lead generation, booking, email marketing, workflow automation and advertising-management services as described on this website and in your written quote or proposal. The quote is the source of truth for scope and price.

Each service has a one-off setup fee and, where applicable, a monthly fee. Setup fees are due before work begins unless agreed otherwise. Monthly fees are billed in advance. Third-party costs (for example ad spend, software subscriptions and messaging fees) are paid by you directly unless the quote says otherwise.

Monthly plans roll month to month. You may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started, except where we fail to deliver the agreed scope.

You will provide accurate information and access we reasonably need, and you are responsible for having the right to contact the people whose data you ask us to process (including consent and marketing-law compliance such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and PECR).

We work hard to deliver strong results, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as lead volumes, revenue, rankings or ad performance, which depend on factors outside our control. AI systems can make mistakes; you should review outputs that matter.

You own your data and content. Once paid in full you may use the deliverables built for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
