Terms of Engagement

1. Scope of Service

Starion AI provides custom-configured conversational AI receptionist software ("StarBot") designed to answer routine patient queries (treatment overviews, opening hours, pricing guides) and collect consultation booking requests on behalf of UK dental practices.

3. Pilot Programme Terms & Guarantee

For practices participating in our initial 3-practice Pilot Programme:

• Setup Fee: A discounted one-off setup fee of £199 applies (regularly £499), covering full bespoke prompt tuning, fee list ingestion, and website installation.
• Monthly Subscription: £99/month, covering unlimited patient conversations, software maintenance, and monthly fee adjustments.
• 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If within the first 14 days of going live you are unsatisfied with StarBot, we will refund your £199 setup fee in full.
• No Long-Term Lock-in: The pilot subscription runs on a flexible rolling 30-day term. You may cancel at any time with 14 days' written notice to hello@starion.site.

4. Practice Responsibilities

To ensure StarBot represents your practice accurately, the practice agrees to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date treatment fee guides, opening hours, and booking instructions.
• Promptly notify Starion AI if fees or practice policies change so we can update the bot's knowledge base.
• Designate a practice contact email to receive and follow up on patient booking requests.

5. Data Protection & UK GDPR

Both parties agree to comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Starion AI processes patient enquiries solely on behalf of the dental practice and implements appropriate technical safeguards to protect enquiry confidentiality.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
